What is Cambusa
The Cambusa Project supports the integration between the nautical tourism chain and the quality local food production.
The main objective of the project is the creation of a network of companies that can strengthen the sectors concerned by improving the services in port and the penetration capacity of agri-food companies in new particularly interesting international markets.
To do this, we created an application which allows the consumer to buy good quality food products. We have showrooms set up in pilot ports where people can taste and pick up their purchases.
The application puts businesses online by improving the agri-food supply and by making territories, resources and tourism services accessible in the territory, thus offering the opportunity to become familiar with the material / immaterial characteristics of local products.
The Cambusa quality mark identifies products with characteristics of qualitative, traditional/ historical excellence, niche products for indoor spaces, directly from the producer, and therefore an expression of agricultural heterogeneity and ecological sustainability..

About us
The “Cambusa” project supports the local economy, offers producers the possibility of opening up to new markets, shows that the nautical supply chain is able to involve all sectors of the economy.
It aims to overcome the obstacles deriving from a non-cohesive economic fabric, supporting the integration between the nautical tourism chain and the agri-food production chain, with a view to quality and integrated management of the tourism offer.
Regions such as the PACA, Liguria, Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica are part of the cooperation area of the project, characterized by an economic fabric rich in SMEs.
The same territories present a varied and valuable heritage of cultural heritage and excellent food products.

France Station Nautique is an association made up of tourist ports (nautical stations) which aims to promote the most complete offer of nautical activities characterized by high quality.

Where we are
In Sardinia Cambusa is in Porto Cervo and Stintino and in 2020 it will open to other pilot ports in Liguria, Corsica, Tuscany and the PACA region. Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari and Assonautica Provinciale of Sassari, in collaboration with the C.I.P.N.E.S. the best products of the Sardinian identity production chains have been selected and can be purchased through the App Cambusa connected to INSULA incubator and service platform dedicated to the promotion and distribution of Sardinia’s excellent food and wine production chains.
